Commission Terms of Service
Upon commissioning an art, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please take the time to read them. These terms are subject to change at any time.

General Terms of Service
I have the right to decline your commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
I retain copyright over the commissioned artworks (thus I am allowed to upload the finished artworks for self-promotion to any of my art galleries or platforms). The commissioner has permission to re-upload the artwork, provided that proper credit is given.
The commissioner is not allowed to sell the artwork or products derived from it or make a commercial profit.
I require correct and up-to-date visual references of your character(s). Avoid sending me updates on your character design changes after I've already started drawing your commission.
By default, I don’t send the full-size of the finished art, but you can always ask for it.
Tips are always welcome.

I will draw:
- any animals and fantasy creatures

I will draw for extra:
- architecture
- armor/clothing/weapons
​
I will not draw:
- NSFW
- fetishes
- gore
- anthro, humans, humanoids, robots

I take 2-3 commissions per once each 1-2 months. Due to limited slots, one person cannot commission me three months in a row (let other people have an opportunity to commission me too, thank you for understanding!)

YCH:
If there are no slots, check my available YCHs HERE. I finish them faster than common commissions (you won't have to wait for months).

URGENT COMMISSION:
Urgent commission (if you have a particular deadline) is possible for extra payment (+25% of the total price).
DEADLINE:
I draw 2-3 commissions per month, depending on the complexity. You can see my to-do list with approximate deadlines here: TO-DO LIST
PAYMENT:
I take payment upfront.
I accept payment in USD ($) and Euro (€).
- in USD ($) through BuyMeACoffee.
- in Euro (€) through my Telegram channel (through donation posts). There you can pay via card or GooglePay (through the mobile Telegram version), thus you won't have to pay fees as in Paypal.
- in USD ($) through Patreon (you can select the lowest tier and change the amount to the sum specified and as a bonus see my sketches and WIPs OR create a custom pledge and enter the right sum).
- For Russian commissioners, I've registered in Boosty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please, don’t commission me too bright sparkle characters. You can see here the examples, which I can accept. And still, if your character has some colorful sparkle details - I'll dim them
If your character is complex (has wings, additional legs/head, armor and etc) - it costs + 10$ per each additional moment
Money for finished works is not refunded.
Before starting your commission, I'll send you a sketch for approval (if required), colored WIPs can also be sent.
Any serious changes in finished art are paid extra.
Super-detailed backgrounds are paid extra.
